Norm Richards Sir Jordon will give you this one since you are brand new here.. but this flight would normally fail. There is only one over-speed per flight leg permitted. This is because over-speeds can severely damage an aircraft. (Safety items/restrictions are in the Ops Manual Pg 23). You have several over-speeds in this pirep. Going forward, have to keep the aircraft under it's max speed tolerance.
