Peter Woodward Climbed to 8500 to avoid mountains.
Peter Woodward I finally figured out that I am lowering the flaps and landing gear before I am on final. No wonder it is hard to fly!
Henry Kirk You might use only two notches of flaps and learn to control your speed an approach and final and avoid a steep decent.
